2025/26 Employee Demographic Survey Results
At Mohawk College, we are committed to fostering a workplace where every person feels valued, heard, and supported. As part of this commitment, we conducted an Employee Demographic Survey that ran from December to January.
The survey is an important tool that helps us better understand the experiences of our employees and identify opportunities to strengthen our inclusive workplace culture over time. The results of this survey will provide a consistent benchmark, allowing us to track progress, listen meaningfully, and guide future actions.

Expanding Our Commitment: CCDI Membership
As part of our continued efforts to advance EDI across the college, we have become a member of the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI).
CCDI is a national charity established in 2013 with the mandate of building a more inclusive Canada. CCDI partners with more than 700 organizations across Canada to help build strong and healthy workplaces, schools, and communities. This partnership provides employees and students with access to a wide range of resources, including:
- Research and leading practices on diversity and inclusion
- Educational webinars and training opportunities
- Tools to support inclusive leadership and workplace culture
- A national network of organizations committed to advancing EDI
Access resources available on the CCDI website and follow the instructions below:
- Click the “Login” button on the top right corner.
- Select “Register” and create your profile by completing the required fields on the registration form.
- IMPORTANT: You must use your work email address and select the name of your Company/Organization from the dropdown list.
- Upon submission of the form, you will receive an email with your login details. (Please check your junk/spam if you have not received it in your inbox)
- Use the credentials you received by email to login.
- Use the Home page to help navigate across the search options and curated resources (recorded webinars, Diversity Calendar, Employer Partner Learning Paths)
