Aviation Possibilities

Did you know only 2.6 percent of certified aircraft mechanics in 2021 were women?  This is according to a U.S. Civil Airmen Statistics study. Organizations are working hard to change that. A visit to Mohawk's Centre for Aviation Technology at the Hamilton Airport by the Canadian Air Force showed fantastic potential for Mohawk graduates. Not to mention uncovering some incredible women who are making a difference in the field. And one of them is a Mohawk College graduate.
