Building a Growth Mindset
Sessions open to all employees!
"You’re in charge of your mind. You can help it grow by using it in the right way." —Carol Dweck
Growth Mindset has been the focus of Stanford University Professor Carol Dweck’s research and findings in education for many years. Since this initial research, there has been increasing interest in how individuals and organizations define success based on a Fixed or Growth Mindset. According to Udemy’s 2020 Workplace Learning Trends Report, having a growth mindset — or the ability to continue learning in order to adapt to change — was ranked as the most important soft skill for career success.
As we prepare for what the future holds in our workplace, one thing is for certain, we will need to change how we see the work environment, how we collaborate and how we shift our mindsets in preparation for the Future of Work.
