Convocation Platform Party Registration

Convocation is a wonderful milestone to celebrate. It reminds us of why we work so hard to ensure the success of our students.

Are you interested in joining the celebration and being apart of the Spring Convocation Platform Party?

As a member of the platform party, you will be onstage during the ceremonies to celebrate our graduates in this milestone event.

Ceremonies will be held between June 19 to 23, visit the Spring Convocation Schedule for more information on ceremony dates and times.

Part of the tradition surrounding this special event are the gowns which are worn during the ceremony. If you have your robe or hood from your alma mater, please do bring it with you.  If you do not, one will be provided for you.

As a member of the platform party, please note the following:

• It is necessary for you to arrive 45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony for robing and processional arrangement.
• The robing room for the ceremonies will be located in C240.
• Most ceremonies last approximately 1½ hours.
• Parking is free during convocation.
• Meal and snacks will be provided for those staff supporting two ceremonies in a row.

To register for the platform party, please complete the Platform Party Form. Registration closes Thursday June 8.

Please register early to secure your spot. Registrations will not be accepted after June 8.
