Welcome to the first week of Cyber Security Awareness Month! 

This year's theme, Get Cyber Safe: For future you. Being cyber safe isn’t just about protecting yourself right now, reminds us that getting ready for the future starts with you. Throughout this month, we'll prepare you with the knowledge and skills to become a Cyber Champion by exploring what it means to unleash your full potential in the digital world.

Securing Your Accounts

This first week, we’re building a solid foundation for your online safety. We'll focus on key concepts to help you build confidence online, develop safe digital habits, and recognize common threats.
This week, we'll explore relatable and unexpected ways account security can help you today and in the future.

• Using a Passphrases and Passwords to creating strong, unique and complex passwords on all your accounts to keep your personal information safe.
• A Password Managers makes it easy to securely store and access your unique passwords across different devices
• Use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): to add an extra layer of security to your accounts, ensuring only you can access your private information.
• Be careful of what your post on Social Media Accounts when posting on social media, be mindful of what you share to protect you from cyber criminals.
