Early Payroll Deadlines

RE: Early Payroll Deadlines

This memo applies to part-time employees who complete online timesheets and to timesheet approvers.

Please note below the early deadlines for the submission of electronic timesheets for all part-time employees for December 24, 2021 and January 7, 2022 pay deposit.

Pay Period 26: Dec 24, 2021

  • Covers time worked between Nov 29 – Dec 12, 2021
  • Electronic timesheets must be completed and submitted for approval by Sunday, December 5th, 11:59 p.m. Please estimate the hours for the second week;
  • Managers must approve electronic timesheets by Monday, December 6th by 4:30 p.m.;
  • Paper timesheets are due in Payroll Services by Monday, December 6th by 4:30 p.m.
  • Any discrepancies between actual and estimated hours will be adjusted in pay period 1, January 7, 2022

Pay Period 1: Jan 7, 2022

  • Covers time worked between Dec 13 – Dec 26, 2021
  • Electronic timesheets must be completed and submitted for approval by Thursday December 16th, 11:59 p.m. Please estimate the hours for the second week;
  • Managers must approve electronic timesheets by Friday December 17th by noon;
  • Paper timesheets are due in Payroll Services by Friday December 17th by noon.
  • Any discrepancies between actual and estimated hours will be adjusted in pay period 2, January 21, 2022.

As college-staff continue to work remotely, we would like to remind PT employees that the online timesheet is the only recommended method for submitting hours to payroll for processing and the best way to ensure accurate and timely payments.
