Employee Engagement Survey 2026

The employee engagement survey launched this week to gather confidential feedback from full-time employees and regular part-time support staff. The anonymous survey administered by McLean & Company, an independent, Canadian HR research firm, will be open until Wednesday, February 11.

Check your inbox for your unique link sent on January 28 from McLean & Company (survey@mcleanco.com) to complete the survey. If you don’t see it in your main inbox, it may be located in your “other” tab. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.  

As a third-party provider, McLean & Company will ensure the confidentiality of responses and that the objectivity of the process is maintained. McLean & Company will only share aggregate results of the survey with Mohawk College, not individual responses. No one at the college will have access to the raw data gathered by the survey or any individual responses.  

To ensure that the results accurately reflect the diverse viewpoints of all employees, we encourage all employees who receive the survey to complete it. Mohawk College's leadership team is committed to understanding your feedback and using the information you share to inform practices, processes, and services.
