Tracey McLaughlin

For her amazing dedication to the college Tracey McLaughlin is a Mohawk College Everyday Hero. As a Student Services Representative at the Welcome Desk, Tracey is a familiar face to many students and visitors to the college. For many, she is often their first impression of Mohawk and this is not something she takes lightly. She is always professional, courteous and thorough in every interaction she has. She always makes sure that people have the information they need, and it is not uncommon for her to walk with someone to help them find their way to an appointment, an event or a classroom. Tracey models what we expect from our staff day in and day out by delivering excellent service to everyone she meets. Students have left her gifts, cards and stopped by after their convocation ceremony for a good-bye hug and a photo, and it’s all because of how thankful they were for her support during their time at the college. Recognize someone who's making a difference at Mohawk with an Everyday Hero Award at www.mohawkcollege.ca/everydayhero
