IDEAWORKS collaboration supports nuclear power innovation

The Additive Manufacturing Innovation Centre (AMIC) in Mohawk College's IDEAWORKS division was involved in a successful applied research project in collaboration with George Brown College’s Product Development Exchange to help BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada Inc. create a prototype of a new inspection tool. The initiative was organized through SONAMI, the Southern Ontario Network for Advanced Manufacturing Innovation.
