Introducing Mohawk College Campus FlexDesk

Campus FlexDesk is a shared, bookable workspace designed to support flexible work styles while ensuring fairness, efficiency, and comfort for all users.

Mohawk College's new flexible workspaces are located at the Fennell Campus in J, I and EA and at Stoney Creek in A, for employees who don’t have a permanent desk at their home campus, or for employees from other campuses needing a temporary workspace.

Employees can now book a workstation, individual room or meeting spaces within Campus FlexDesk through the Archie mobile or Microsoft Teams app.

The new flexible workspace locations are:

*Will require picking up key from Traka Box outside Security after booking space.

Please note: Other meeting spaces and rooms across campus will continue to be booked through WhereEnCampus.
