New IT web portal to be one-stop shop
Mohawk’s Information Technology department has launched a new IT Services web portal for employees and students. Intended to be a one-stop shop for all things IT related, the web portal makes accessing tools and services easier.
Employees and students can use the portal to quickly access essential services like WiFi, eLearn, email, MyMohawk and MohawkAPPS. There’s also a catalogue of available IT services with instructions on how to use or access services such as user account set up, equipment loans, conference set ups, hardware purchases and more. You’ll also find live status updates for core systems, information about upcoming maintenance schedules and resources to help you stay safe while using the internet.
