IT Notification – Banner & Database Maintenance Upgrade

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing quality services at Mohawk College, Information Technology Services will be performing a Banner upgrade on Saturday September 30, 2023 from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Banner and any systems connecting with Banner will be unavailable during this period.

The following systems will NOT be available during this maintenance window:

•                             Post-Secondary Registration

•                             Continuing Education Registration

•                             Apprenticeship Registration

•                             Self Service

•                             Online payments

•                             Banner

•                             Career Ready

•                             FAST

•                             Expense Claims

•                             FLAC

•                             Phone Directory

•                             Electronic Timesheets

•                             Course Outlines

•                             Student Assessment Booking

•                             My Applicant Status (MAS)

•                             Transcript Request Form

•                             Oracle Data Store (ODS) - Cognos

•                             DegreeWorks

•                             Core Cashiering

•                             Banner Document Management (BDM)

•                             Banner Communication Management (BCM)

The following systems will remain available during the maintenance window:

•                             WiFi (wireless network)

•                             Aims (parking system)

•                             TPHi (scheduling system)
