Making a Difference

There is a lot to manage for students entering the college system, and having a call from a Retention Coach with no strings attached except to ask how you are doing is a welcome piece in the process.
On average in Ontario about 30 percent of students do not make it to graduation. These roles are in place to move the dial on that number by supporting, connecting, and listening to students.
