OCASA - 2021-22 Conference (November event)
The Ontario College Administrative Staff Association (OCASA) is hosting a virtual Leaders and Innovators Conference with monthly sessions from September 2021 through to June 2022, with many sessions offered during the lunch hour. Mohawk College is a Presenting Partner College and sponsor, providing unlimited access and seating for our employees at no cost to the individual, with no membership requirement.
The next session in this series of events - OCASA All Administrators Summit - is taking place on November 18, 2021 @ 11am.
Join Seneca College's President David Agnew as he provides his insights on the topic of mandatory vaccines on campus and explore how Seneca College has implemented vaccination mandates for students and faculty.
Attendees will be able to self-select 1 of 3 concurrent breakout sessions with facilitators exploring the topics of EDI - Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Strategies, Performance Management and Career Management.
