Ontario College Student Experience Survey

On Monday, Mohawk students will receive an email inviting them to participate in the Ontario College Student Experience Survey. They will be asked about their experiences at Mohawk, and their feedback will be used to enhance academic programming and student services.

Like the former Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Student Survey, this modernized version will provide robust data for quality assurance aligning with College Quality Assurance Audit Process (CQAAP) and Postsecondary Education Quality Assessment Board (PEQAB), system-wide college benchmarking and will support the program accreditation process.

Students in Semester 2+ will have the opportunity to participate in the survey once per academic year. Surveying will take place in February, June and November each year to ensure students with different intake terms, delivery patterns or field, co-op, and clinical placements have a chance to participate. Apprenticeship students and those registered as part-time students who are not pursuing a credential will not be surveyed.

The survey will be open from January 30th through to February 17th and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. There will be ongoing promotions, including reminder emails, signage and pop-up events across all campuses. As a thank you for participating, students will be entered into a draw for a chance to WIN 1 of 3 $250 Amazon gift cards.

We hope you will encourage all students to complete the survey so that we can deliver the best experience at Mohawk!
