Waitlist - Session full? Add yourself to the waitlist to be notified when a spot becomes available! The waitlist is entirely dependent on people withdrawing from training in advance of the session start date.

Withdraw from Training - Can’t make it to a session you are registered for? Don’t forget to Withdraw from Training. This opens seats for others, including those on the waitlist. (Declining the OUTLOOK Calendar confirmation DOES NOT withdraw you from the system.)

Interest Tracking - See a session you are interested in but cannot attend? Interest Tracking will notify you as soon as the next offering is scheduled! You can also view past sessions in the calendar (check the ‘COMPLETED’ box) and use Interest Tracking to let us know what you are interested in seeing in the coming months.

Learning Search - Now over 16,000+ online courses in Working at Mohawk – with nearly 5000 courses running 30 minutes or less, and many accessible on your mobile device!

External Training - Employees now have the ability to include external sessions within MyLearning, providing an added convenience for you to manage and track external learning records, certificates, or hours towards certifications!
