2026 Spring Convocation Support and Platform Party Registration
Convocation is a wonderful milestone to celebrate. It reminds us of why we work so hard to ensure the success of our students. Please see below for information on the various ways you can support Convocation and help celebrate our students.
Convocation ceremonies will be held on the following dates:
- June 4 (Postponed from Fall 2025)
- June 15-19 (Spring 2026 graduates)
The Convocation schedule for both dates and times is available by visiting the Convocation webpage.
Complimentary on-site parking will be provided on all ceremony days.
Platform Party
Would you like to be part of this special occasion by joining the Convocation Platform Party?
As a member of the platform party, you’ll have the honour of being on stage during the ceremonies to celebrate our graduates’ achievements.
The gowns worn during the ceremony are an important tradition. Please bring your own academic regalia and gown, reflecting your highest earned academic credentials. If you do not have one, a Mohawk College gown will be provided.
As a member of the platform party, please note the following:
- You will need to arrive 45 minutes before the ceremony starts for robing and procession preparation.
- The platform party robing room will be located in C240.
- Ceremonies last approximately 1½ - 2 hours.
To join the platform party, complete the Platform Party Form.
Registration for the June 4 convocation closes on May 25, and registration for Spring Convocation week closes on June 5.
Ceremony Support
We’re looking for employee support to help make Convocation a success.
- Play an important role by assisting the Convocation team in a variety of roles at convocation.
- Experience a unique behind-the-scenes look at Convocation.
- Connect and collaborate with colleagues from across the college.
To support Convocation, complete the Convocation Support Form.
