Mohawk College is proud to participate in Take Our Kids to Work Day.

Wednesday, November 4, 2026
8:30 am - 12 pm

Afternoon programming is the responsibility of the student’s host.

This event is taking place at the Fennell, Aviation Technology,
IAHS and Stoney Creek Campuses.

Grade 9 students (or equivalent) will participate in campus tours and
experience a day in the life of a working adult.

Through this experience, students will gain an appreciation for their hosts’ roles, work and motivations while exploring a variety of career paths.

The program also supports career development by helping students connect their education to the world of work and envision possibilities for their own futures.

A schedule for each campus will be provided closer to the event.
