The Great Indigenous Bake Off is an immersive, hands-on workshop that celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Indigenous peoples across Turtle Island (North America). Through baking challenges, participants will explore traditional and contemporary Indigenous recipes, ingredients, and foodways, while learning about the cultural, historical, and spiritual significance of food in Indigenous communities.
