Joseph Apps has always had an entrepreneurial spirit, using practical skills he learned at Mohawk College in Hamilton to launch an award-winning tech support business in Burlington, Ont., Joe Apps Technology Support, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2026. He currently employs 17 people, with plans to hire more in the future. And yes, along with network support and cybersecurity services, Joe Apps does make apps, working with outside companies to provide them.
