Tips and help on Marketing’s new Welcome platform
Marketing’s new platform allows you to better see the progress of your design, web, print and other marketing and printing requests. It will also reduce the amount of email you receive pertaining to these requests, as you will have more control over your personal settings.
Employees can use Welcome to request the following:
· Campaign or project requests
· Printing requests (Print Shop)
· Printing - academic requests (Print Shop)
· Social media image or post requests
· Web support - analytics requests
· Web support - mohawkcollege.ca requests
· Web support - MyMohawk requests
Looking for help or have questions about Welcome? Visit the Marketing Work Requests page in MyMohawk (you’ll find a link to this new page from the Employee page) for tips, how-tos, and information about the platform.
Employees will still have access to past Zendesk tickets for reference only. All active requests are in progress of being completed or will be migrated to Welcome in the next few weeks.
