All Our Relations will focus on meaningful relationship building with Indigenous students, employees, and community, and how we are showing up to support students with intention, wisdom, and understanding from the perspective of Indigenous ways of knowing and being. The session will bring in the seven Grandfather Teachings and information on Indigenous communities and realities in order to be relational and reciprocal.
Indigenous Panel | November 10
This will be the first on a series of panels with Rick Hill and the Indigenous Initiatives, Education & Student Services team on Indigenous-focused topics. This panel will focus on developing an understanding of who Indigenous peoples are and providing an introduction of Indigenous communities and relationships.

You need to get a survey out to participants but you’re not sure what tool to use. Stop using free online survey software, and attend this 2-hour workshop on creating surveys in Qualtrics. This easy-to-use online survey tool is available to all employees.

Financial Managers will receive an overview of revisions to the 2021/22 Investment, Information Technology, and Capital Proposal process, participate in a demo and review of the new In-take tool/system and obtain any 1-to-1 support that may be required.

Designed for stress relief, relaxation, stretching, and building strength. Participants can bring a yoga mat but it is not required. Comfortable clothing recommended. Taught by certified Yoga instructors. All levels of experience are welcome!

According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, practices like meditation can help quiet your mind and look at problems from a calmer and more balanced viewpoint (CMHA, 2020). Over time, these practices can help you manage your response to stressful situations. During these changing times, an opportunity to take pause and focus on the present moment can be useful.
