According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, practices like meditation can help quiet your mind and look at problems from a calmer and more balanced viewpoint (CMHA, 2020). Over time, these practices can help you manage your response to stressful situations. During these changing times, an opportunity to take pause and focus on the present moment can be useful.
