Virtual Employee Wellness Fair 2022
This three-day virtual event will help you navigate the wellness resources available to you as an employee, and encourage you to incorporate well-being activities into your daily routine, regardless of the location of your workspace. A variety of sessions and workshops are available for you to attend regarding your physical, mental, financial, and overall wellness – some sessions will even be facilitated by Mohawk College alumni!
During the week, you’ll be able to:
Be present during professionally guided activities.
Focus on your own well-being.
Learn about how and where to access resources that will support you as a Mohawk College Employee.
Grow or enhance your skills and develop new strategies to support your overall wellness.
Whether you are working on campus or remotely, we are committed to supporting your wellness and hope that you will join us!

**Please note: The “Mo-Flow” - Yoga on Zoom is not organized by the Spring into Wellness Fair committee, but we are pleased to be able to promote this ongoing activity at the college supporting wellness.
