As we plan for what the future of work will look like at Mohawk College, the Future of Work Planning Committee would like to ask you a few questions to help us better understand your experiences during the past two years.

The link below will take you to a confidential survey that will take approximately 10 minutes of your time to complete. Your answers will provide valuable insight as to how we can better support employees in their current work arrangements, understand the impact of these arrangements on the college, and determine what might be possible in the future.  This survey is just one of the ways the college will be seeking feedback from employees on the future of work at Mohawk. There will be more opportunities for you to provide input in the weeks ahead.
