Mohawk College staff is invited to join the Counselling Services Team as we welcome experts from St. Joseph’s Health Centre to learn more about Supporting Students with Complex Mental Health Conditions.

Complex Mental Health in the Classroom

We will be joined by Dr. Sebastien Prat from St. Joseph’s Hospital, West Fifth site to learn more about Complex Mental Illness. Learn about how to support a student in a classroom who is presenting with behaviours that are concerning to you. Learn about serious mental illness, as well as what we see in the media and how that impacts our perceptions.
