Early Payroll Deadlines

Attention all part-time employees who complete online timesheets and to timesheet approvers.

Please note the early deadlines for the submission of electronic timesheets for all part-time employees for the December 23, 2022 and January 6, 2023 pay deposits. 

Additional information regarding holiday closure entitlements and working on holidays will be sent out in early December.

The December 23, 2022 pay deposit includes hours worked between November 28 and December 11, 2022.

December 4, 2022 no later than 11:59 p.m.*Electronic timesheets must be completed and submitted for approval

Employee

December 5, 2022 no later than 4:30 p.m.Electronic timesheet approval

Manager

*Please estimate hours for the second week (December 5 – 11)

·        All hours worked should be entered in Banner.  Paper timesheets can be submitted as an exception only and are due for submission to Payroll Services no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, December 5th.

  • Any discrepancies between actual and estimated hours will be adjusted on pay period 1 (January 6, 2023).
  • This is the final pay of 2022, please ensure all hours are entered on time and are accurate.

The January 6, 2023 pay deposit includes hours worked between December 12 and 25, 2022.

  • Any discrepancies between actual and estimated hours will be adjusted on pay period 2 (January 20, 2023).

As college-staff continue to work remotely, we would like to remind PT employees that the online timesheet entry in Banner is the only recommended method for submitting hours to payroll for processing and the best way to ensure accurate and timely payments.
