Fennell Campus – P4 Parking Structure Repairs

Facility Services has engaged Torglaze Building Restoration Ltd. to repair and upgrade the P4 Parking structure. Due to the work being completed, the P4 Parking lot will be inaccessible to vehicles and pedestrians from August 5 to August 25, 2023. In addition, at times, the driveways at the perimeter of the parking structure may be reduced to one lane, with a traffic control director present. Work will be taking place overhead; therefore, pedestrians are encouraged to find an alternate route into the College.

Saturday, Aug 5^th, 2023, with a completion date no later than Aug 25^th, 2023.

Location: Fennell Campus: P4 Parking Structure

Description of Work: The contractor will conduct the following repairs and upgrades to the Parking structure.

1. Columns, beams and connections rust to be removed and repainted.

2. Remove and replace deteriorated concrete.

3. Concrete to be filled in hollow steel columns.

4. Caulking to be provided between steel columns and encasement.

5. Other Miscellaneous repairs.
