Halton Regional Police donate retired cruiser to Mohawk College

On July 27, Halton Regional Police Service visited Mohawk College Fennell Campus to donate a retired police cruiser to the college for training purposes for the Police Foundations and Advance Police Studies programs. The patrol vehicle, detailed with a MC22 identification to represent the donation to the college this year, arrived shortly after the donation was approved by the Halton Police Board in June.

Accepting on behalf of the college were Associate Dean Cheryl Burns, Professor Dave Sinclair and Justice Studies Technologist Aubrey Blank.

Thank you to HRPS and the Halton Police Board for supporting Mohawk College students in their training for careers in policing and criminal justice.
