·       Laying out the ground rules of stepping into your authentic self.

·       Gaining a better understanding of who you are at the core.

·       Letting go of others’ perceptions when you own yourself.

·       Learning how to let go of the ‘shoulds’.

·       Owning the impact of speaking your truth.

·       Setting boundaries around those who may not support you.

·       The important role healing can play in finding yourself.
