Introducing Winningtemp, a new employee engagement platform for Mohawk College employees
Beginning early 2024, Mohawk College will be introducing Winningtemp, a new online survey platform that allows employees to easily and anonymously provide feedback that will contribute to the well-being of the workplace and help maintain a positive work environment for employees.
Winningtemp is anonymous. No one at the college will have access to individual survey responses or identifying information from the surveys. Winningtemp surveys will be conducted at least once per month and take just a few minutes of your time to complete. Previously, employee surveys were conducted every two years in the fall. Winningtemp will give employees more opportunities to provide feedback on their experiences at Mohawk College. It will highlight the things that are working well or need to be improved. All the questions used in the surveys are based on research (in collaboration with the University of Gothenburg) to measure and analyse factors related to well-being and engagement. Survey responses are compiled, and a score (temperature) is generated in real-time. The score is visible to everyone who completes a survey.
The college is targeting late January or early February to launch the first survey. All employees will receive an invitation to join Winningtemp a few days before the survey launches.
