IT Maintenance Bulletin - April 2021

Monthly Server Patching – April 16-17, 2021

The IT team will be performing maintenance on our server infrastructure from Friday, April 16 at 5:30pm to Saturday, April 17, at 1:00am.

During this time, many systems will be intermittently impacted, with the exception of the following:

• MyCanvas
• All online registrations
• Self-Service
• Online payments

MohawkAPPS Upgrade – April 22, 2021

IT will be performing an upgrade of MohawkAPPS the morning of April 22, 2021, from 7:00am to 8:00am. During this time, accessing this service may be intermittent and unstable.

You may experience the following:

• Intermittent or no connectivity to MohawkAPPS
• Application launch failures
• Authentication related issues

This upgrade provides an increase in performance and adds additional features for future integrations.
