Mountaineer Highlights:

• Mountaineers women’s basketball finished the regular season with a 5-11 record but concluded the year with three straight wins ahead of OCAA playoffs.
• They lost their opening OCAA playoff game to the Algonquin Wolves, the best team from the OCAA East Division.
• Mountaineers first game in the CCAA Women’s Basketball National Championship tournament was versus the best team in the country and eventual champion, VIU Mariners
• In the Mountaineers three games, Rachel Guanzon, Angong Jacob and Celina Chung were recipients Player of the Game honours.
