Ontario Colleges Student Survey

On Monday, Mohawk students will receive an email inviting them to participate in the Ontario Colleges Student Experience Survey. They will be asked about their experiences at Mohawk, and the feedback they provide will be used to enhance academic programming and student services.

To launch this modernized survey, Ontario’s 24 colleges have worked in partnership with the Ontario College Application Service (OCAS), which has been charged with developing, storing, and reporting on the survey. Like the former Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Student Survey, this version will provide robust data for quality assurance that aligns with the College Quality Assurance Audit Process (CQAAP) and Postsecondary Education Quality Assessment Board (PEQAB), system-wide college benchmarking and supports the program accreditation process.

Students in Semester 2+ will have the opportunity to participate in the survey once per academic year. Surveys will take place in February, June and November each year to ensure students with different intake terms, pattern of delivery or field, co-op and clinical placements have the opportunity to participate.

The survey will be open from January 31st through to February 18th, 2022, and will take about 15 minutes to complete.

As a thank you for completing the survey, students will be entered into a draw for a chance to win 1 of 3, $250 Amazon gift cards.

For more information about the survey, visit mohawkcollege.ca/StudentSurvey.

Questions related to survey administration and reporting can be directed to Carmelinda Del Conte, Corporate Research Analyst, Institutional Research.

We hope that you will help to encourage students to complete the survey so we can deliver the best experience at Mohawk.
