Payroll System Upgrade – Now available through MyMohawk
Mohawk has successfully upgraded to the latest version of the Ceridian payroll system. Ceridian Dayforce is a new powerful online payroll system that offers more functionality for the end-user.
Why the change?
Ceridian Dayforce will help ensure the College continues to have a payroll system that is stable and secure. Employees will be better served by a platform that is easier to access and has increased functionality.
Benefits of Dayforce
Through Dayforce, you will have 24/7 access to the dashboard from anywhere, on any device. You will be able to:
- Access your pay statements
- Access your T4s and other tax forms
- Review and have access to change your personal information (i.e. banking and home address)
- Access Record of Employment
- Eliminates the need to log into epost to view pay statements
How will I access and obtain my pay information in Dayforce?
Employees can now access pay statements through the new Dayforce dashboard.
Access to your Dayforce dashboard is available via MyMohawk, from the Employee tab, Payroll Services channel: Access my PayStub or by downloading the Dayforce app on any electronic device (i.e. mobile phone). Information can be viewed on-line and you will have the capability to print your documents as required.
You will receive an email notification when your statement is available. Your historical information on epost will not be affected and will remain on your epost account.

Where can I get Dayforce support?
You can visit the Payroll Services page to access information on how to log into your dashboard and how to download the app to your mobile device – via MyMohawk, from the Payroll Services channel under the Employee tab Payroll Services.
