Remembering Harsimrat Randhawa

More than 200 students, employees and community members gathered in the MSA Plaza at noon on Wednesday to remember Harsimrat Randhawa. The 21-year-old Mohawk College student from India was tragically killed by a stray bullet last Thursday evening shortly after getting off a city bus near Upper James and South Bend Road on Hamilton Mountain. A second, private Vigil was held on Thursday at the college's IAHS Campus at McMaster University for her classmates from the Occupational Therapy Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant program and the faculty and staff from that campus who knew her.  (Click on the images to view full frame.)
