Tuition Assistance for Dependents Application

A reminder that application packages for the Tuition Assistance for Dependents benefit for the Fall 2026 semester are due September 30, 2026.

Please note that late submissions will not be accepted, so employees who wish to access the benefit should ensure their complete application package is submitted by the deadline.

Eligible employees are required to submit both of the following forms for each semester they would like to access the benefit:

• Tuition Refund Application Form (PDF)
• Dependent Tuition Data Collection Form (PDF)

Completed application packages should be sent to askhr@mohawkcollege.ca.
