  • Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays- Yoga - Designed for stress relief, relaxation, stretching, and building strength. Participants can bring a yoga mat but it is not required. Comfortable clothing recommended. Taught by certified Yoga instructors. All levels of experience are welcome!

According to the Canadian Mental Health Association, practices like meditation can help quiet your mind and look at problems from a calmer and more balanced viewpoint (CMHA, 2020). Over time, these practices can help you manage your response to stressful situations. During these changing times, an opportunity to take pause and focus on the present moment can be useful.
