Update on partnership with triOS College

Summer intake to be deferred to September 2021

Mohawk College is deferring the first intake of international students that were to attend its partner location at triOS College’s Mississauga campus this May. The small group of affected students will be given the opportunity to defer their enrolment to September 2021.

The decision to cancel the summer intake and defer to September is due to current challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic including significant delays for visa processing and increasing restrictions on international travel.

The International team will continue to stay connected with the students over the summer months.

Programs available for the Fall 2021 semester include:

  • Business (General) – 672
  • Global Business Management – 673
  • Computer Systems Technician – Network Systems – 674
  • Office Administration – Health Services - 675

Established in February 2021, Mohawk’s partnership with triOS College was made possible through a Binding Policy Directive from the Ontario government. The directive allows for contractual arrangements between a public college of applied arts and technology in Ontario and a third party for the delivery, by the third party, of college programs leading to an Ontario College Credential.
